Lemon Limeade Electrolyte Drink
A crisp drink to enjoy post workout! Most of us know that coconut water has natural electrolytes such as potassium, sodium and manganese. However, this paired with Cordyceps and Forest Juice gives you an extra energy and mineral boost! Cordyceps works to stabilize energy levels and enhance athletic performance by increasing endurance, stamina and oxygen uptake! Helping to give you an extra pep in your step after that hike.
- Juice of 2 Lemons
- Juice of 2 Limes
- 4-8ml Cordyceps
- 2 1/2 cups Coconut Water
- 2 tbsp Forest Juice
- 1/2 tsp Pink Salt
- Optional: Magnesium Powder
- Combine all ingredients into a glass and give a good stir to make sure the Forest Juice gets properly mixed in
- Enjoy post workout for a quick and healthy way to get hydrated!
