- 1/2 bulb of fennel, thinly sliced
- 1 large naval orange, supremed
- 2 blood oranged, supremed
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 golden beets, lightly boiled and quartered
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- juice of 1 lime
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp forest juice
- 1/8 cup chopped cilantro
- 8ml 11:11
- salt/pepper to taste
- Whisk all dressing ingredients together and set aside.
- Put all salad ingredients into a bowl and pour the dressing in, mix to combine.
