Role Overview: We are seeking a creative, brand-obsessed, detail-oriented, and driven content and community leader! This role demands impeccable aesthetics, creativity, high organization, and a balance of left and right brain capabilities. Your primary goal will be to execute our marketing, social media and email campaign strategies, create compelling content, grow our social media presence on TikTok and Instagram, and ensure our brand message is effectively communicated across various channels. You will manage our e-commerce store, including the subscription program, promotions, and back-end updates on Shopify. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized individual, a natural with content creation, a passion for wellness, and a proven track record of success on TikTok.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a content calendar for daily posting on TikTok and Instagram.
- Develop, shoot, edit, and publish engaging on-brand content (photos and videos) for TikTok and Instagram.
- Community management: Engage with our online community, answer questions promptly, foster relationships, and enhance customer experience.
- Launch and grow our community and affiliate program.
- Coordinate multi-channel marketing strategies to drive brand and product awareness.
- Coordinate, plan and execute social media and email brand partnerships.
- Manage our marketing calendar, ensuring proper execution of initiatives via email and ads.
- Ideate creative email marketing campaign topics, and liaise with our email partners as needed to bring on-brand, revenue-driving ideas to life.
- Creative production for our photo and video shoots.
- Execute monthly influencer seeding and gifting initiatives.
- Assist with coordinating and creating content for ad creative.
- Collaborate and liaise with paid marketing and email marketing partners to ensure brand cohesion and strategic campaigns align with the marketing calendar.
- Report on marketing KPIs across Instagram and TikTok, providing actionable insights to the team.
- Manage our e-commerce stores and web updates, including promotions, product pages, banner updates, blog posts, all marketing apps and the subscription program.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, and wellness to keep our strategies current and effective.
- Pull company marketing KPIs and present to team on weekly calls.
Daily Tasks:
- Create, edit, and repurpose all brand-owned photos and videos for social channels, including TikTok content, Instagram feed and story content.
- Oversee and maintain day-to-day social media activities, including creating content (both photo and video), communicating with customers, and responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Write copy for all social media assets.
- Edit and manage the Shopify backend, product pages, marketing apps, and e-commerce programs (rewards, subscriptions, quizzes, etc.).
- Coordinate and ensure email campaigns are scheduled two weeks in advance. Ensure brand voice is maintained.
- Proofreading of all email campaigns.
- Coordinate and liaise with external marketing partners as needed to ensure smooth, timely, and on-brand execution.
- Execute monthly community/influencer seeding initiatives.
- Ideate, execute and roll out social campaigns with community members and like-minded brands to enhance Rainbo’s brand presence or promote new products.
- Manage the design and inventory of all print materials for IRL events, including but not limited to stickers, promotional signage, and custom packaging.
- Assist the CEO in guest scheduling and content posting for the podcast.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer feedback on social media.
- Stay up-to-date with local, national, and international influencers for potential collaborations and partnerships.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a related field.
- Proven experience and success in content creation, including photography, videography, and copywriting.
- Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Ability to analyze and present marketing data effectively.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and experience managing online promotions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are able to organize yourself and prioritize tasks with little oversight.
- Comfortable working remotely.
