Chaga Chai Milk

Chaga Chai Milk


  • 1 cup raw cashews (soaked overnight or a minimum of 8 hours) 
  • 4 cups of water
  • 3 tbsp. Medicinal Mushroom Maple Syrup 
  • 1tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. whole cloves
  • 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp. fennel seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp. cardamom seeds
  • 1/4 tsp. whole black pepper
  • 1/2 inch piece of fresh ginger
  • 10-20 ml Chaga tincture 


  1. Drain/rinse the cashews and set aside
  2. In a spice grinder, combine all the spices until an even powder is created
  3. Add the water and cashews to a high speed blender and blend on high until smooth (about 2-3 minutes)
  4. Grab a bowl and nut milk bag and strain the cashew milk
  5. Now pour the cashew milk back into the blender and add the spice mix, medicinal mushroom maple syrup, vanilla, fresh ginger and Chaga tincture and blend for another minute or so until fully combined
