Spring is here—and she’s making herself known in all the alluring ways: trees humming with the buzz of bees, the powerful scent of jasmine riding on the breeze, birds singing their 6am serenades, and the fog lifting from our collective, hibernating mind. There’s still a trace of winter’s sluggishness, but solar energy is returning—and with it, a sense of reawakening.

Here’s what’s inspiring me this month, during one of my favourite seasons of the year:

Liver Reset

Dance as Medicine

Science confirming what we already feel in our bones: dance is medicine. A recent study found that dance outperformed all other forms of exercise and treatment—including SSRIs and CBT—for reducing depression. The top three? Dance, walking, and jogging.
